U.S.-listed shares of the Chinese automaker tumbled 16.1% on Wednesday following the release of the earnings report. Revenue reached a record RMB 31.7 billion in the April-June quarter thanks to strong sales of Li Auto’s extended-range hybrid EVs (EREVs), although the vehicle margin also declined to 18.7% from 21% a year ago and 19.3% a quarter earlier.
