A dataminer has found that skill-based damage is trang web xxxpresent in Warzone, but not in the way that many players had feared.
Skill-based matchmaking is one of the most controversial topics among Call of Duty fans, as the community has been debating its place in the series for years at this point. But another feature that many have speculated might be present is skill-based damage.
Based on both patents filed by Activision and their own experiences in multiplayer and Warzone, many fans are convinced that your guns do less damage if you’re a high-skill player fighting a lower-skill opponent.

Trusted dataminer ‘Alaix‘ found a number of files related to Warzone Casual that were added in Season 4, including multiple difficulties for the bots, which are based on skill. But the line that caught everyone’s eye was the mention of skill-based damage from bots to humans.

Following this reveal, CoD expert TheXclusiveAce shared a video where he investigated how it actually works in practice.
He approached a bot and let it damage him with a PU-21 from a few meters away. At this range, assuming each shot achieves the lowest damage multiplier, it should take no more than 12 shots to kill a fully-plated player. However, it took 20 shots to take him down.

This proves that the damage done by bots is being limited in Warzone Casual based on skill. Ace mentioned that he is likely considered a low-skill player in BR since he primarily sticks to multiplayer, which appears to be making the shots less impactful.
