Cold Tofu’s September improv show will take place Saturday, Sept. 12, from 7:30 to 9 p.m. at St. Francis Xavier Catholic Center (Maryknoll), 222 S. Hewitt St. (between Second and Third street), Little Tokyo.
Iron Improv Stadium: Watch two teams battle it out in Cold Tofu’s short-form competition to win the coveted Tofy Award. The Rice Rocketeers (Johnny Ye, Quincy Surasmith, Ryan Okuda and Tony Garbanzos) will face off with the Hi Fives (Howard Ho, Julio Urquidi, Kurt Yamamoto, Michi Fu and Peter Kang).
The mainstage show will feature Corinne Chooey, Helen Ota, Jully Lee, Michael Palma, Michael Villanueva, Shannon Wong and Aaron Aoki with musician Allen Simpson.
Raffle drawing at the end of the show for goodie bags, gift cards and Hello Kitty merchandise. Free raffle ticket with each admission.
