Netflix's July lineup is ?? ??? ??stacked with new movies and TV shows, as well as some old favorites coming to the streaming service for the first time.
New original movies include romantic drama The Last Letter from Your Lover, assassin thriller Gunpowder Milkshake, and the Fear Street trilogy, a series of connected horror films which will release over the course of three weeks. On the TV side of things, get ready for the second seasons of Outer Banks and Never Have I Ever, the final season of Atypical, and the first season of what might be the strangest-looking dating show ever, Sexy Beasts. On top of all that, Netflix is adding the entire Twilight saga to its library, as well as the original Karate Kid, Love, Actually, and Snowpiercer.
And that's only a sliver of what to expect. Here's everything coming to Netflix in July 2021.
The second season of Mindy Kaling and Lang Fisher's Never Have I Evercontinues to explore the adventures of Devi Vishwakumar (Maitreyi Ramakrishnan) as she navigates high school life. This time around, she's juggling two boyfriends: former nemesis Ben Gross (Jaren Lewison) and Paxton Hall-Yoshida (Darren Barnet), the hottest guy in school. Dating two guys at once is a completely foolproof plan, right? Right?
In addition to the inevitable love triangle messiness, prepare for more family drama as Devi processes her mother's (Poorna Jagannathan) decision to move them back to India. Never Have I Ever proved in its first season that it can seamlessly balance humor and heart, so get ready for its second season to make you laugh and cry all over again.
