Visitors enjoyed the family festival, which featured free art stations with face painting as well as lantern and parasol painting.
Mike Penny performs on the shamisen for the attentive audience. Entertainment was also provided by classical Japanese dancer Hanayagi Rokufumi and koto player Saeko Kujiraoka.
Taiko Center of Los Angeles entertains the visitors to the festival with some rousing taiko numbers.
