Mere moments before Donald Trump began to address the crowds as the 45th President of the United States, phim sex t the skies over Washington D.C. opened up and it began to rain.

The rain continued through President Trump's inaugural address, the drops becoming visible on his suit and the several transparent umbrellas and little ponchos everyone whipped out.
