The City of Cerritos hosted 30 students from the city of Kakamigahara, Gifu Prefecture, on Nov. 1. The students toured Whitney High School and then visited the Cerritos City Council Chambers for a presentation by Councilmember Frank Aurelio Yokoyama. The students also received a tour of the Cerritos Library. The visit was arranged through the ABC Unified School District.
