Credit: Getty Images Stansfield says she collects vintage sewing patterns from the 1950s and 1970s to combine design ideas and redraft her own patterns."You find most old clothes don't have elastic, I try and make my clothes as practical and long-lasting as possible," says Stansfield.

"To be honest I've never seen another baby in a sailor suit at the park, but they're very practical! I think people like the fact they're tailored and don't have any branding," says Stansfield.
