The regulations prohibit the use of artificial intelligence or other means to automatically generate prescriptions. The guidelines state that medical institutions engaged in online medical diagnosis must strengthen their medication management, and prescriptions should be made by physicians in person with pharmacists’ review and approval, the regulations stated.
